In certain cases, Sure Shot Systems guarantees the delivery of 21 qualified leads. If this threshold is not met, the Company will continue optimizing the system until the goal is achieved. This guarantee is subject to approval by an authorized representative of Sure Shot Systems.

The Company will not be held liable for results beyond what has been explicitly guaranteed.

6. Termination of Agreement
Sure Shot Systems reserves the right to terminate the agreement at its discretion in cases where:
- The Client fails to provide necessary information or collaboration.
- The Client’s business operates in a niche that is not conducive to the lead generation methods used.
- Misuse or inappropriate application of the system by the Client.
- Any other breach of these Terms & Conditions by the Client.
Upon termination, no refunds will be provided.
7. Post-Handover Support
After handing over the system, Sure Shot Systems will provide one month of free email support, responding to inquiries within 24 hours. Any support beyond this period may incur additional charges.

The Sure Shot System includes services outlined on the website. Any additional services outside the standard package—such as brand guidelines development, CRM deployment, additional training after the induction training, ad account creation, analytics account creation, or other custom projects—will be quoted and charged separately.

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sure Shot Systems, its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the Client’s use of the lead generation system, including but not limited to actions resulting from misuse or misapplication of the system.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal actions related to these Terms & Conditions will be addressed in courts located in Delaware.
